The subject of food in India is a populer attraction and often discussed in cyber space. The regional variety is huge and the combination of spices, pulses, breads, meat, fish and rice, offer perhaps one of the most diverse cuisines to be found anywhere on the planet.
This page will be a work in progress but we thought a good start would be to familiarise people with the Hindi names of the various foodstuffs.
